Let’s keep everyone safe, take a few minutes to review a few tips that may prevent accidents from occurring.
**Adjust your rear-view mirror so you can see the back window. This way, you can see what’s behind you.
**When driving at night or in a dim area, it’s best to have your headlights on, preferably at the low setting.
**Always check your blind spot when going into another lane. Your blind spot is behind your left shoulder.
**Allow for a 3 second length of distance from the car in front of you. If the driving conditions are not good, then consider a 4-5 second length of distance.
**When stopping, scoot far enough where you can see both sides of the road, but not too far when cars will hit you.
**And above all, ALWAYS wear a seat belt and make sure your family is belted in properly. It will prevent serious injuries.
